Qualtrim did a fantastic job of covering another of my seats. As always! Think I might be getting them to shave a little foam off though. Bike is VERY tall!

414 motor and pipe

Well, I liked the 360 motor so much that it spends most of it's time in the 414 chassis. It all gets a bit confusing sometimes......

NOS crankcases. Never seen a bearing, seal or stud.

Machined by Bruce Woodley to accomodate the 414 piston. He did a lot of homework to come up with the proper compression ratio.

A lot of metal came out of there to accomadate the bigger piston

Bruce had a few dramas getting the old pin out. The thread on the fly-wheel end also looked like it had been belted with a metal hammer. Thread has been cleaned up beautifully and pin has been "tigged" just in case.....
